OREANDA-NEWS. According to the press-service of "KazMunyjGaz", JSC NC "KazMunyjGaz" and JSC "Holding Company "Samruk" will hold 3rd Kazakhstan conference on management of human resources. The conference will be held on November 8-9th, 2007 in Astana under the name “Increase of competitiveness of Kazakhstan personnel in oil-and-gas branch”.

This theme answers the challenges set by JSC NC "KazMunayGas" within the limits of implementation of the Message of President of RK “Strategy of entry of Kazakhstan in the number of 50 world’s most competitive countries” and “New Kazakhstan in the new world”. The subject of the two previous conferences “Preparation of personnel for oil-and-gas branch” and “Motivation of personnel. Social aspects of conduct of business dealing” demonstrated the urgency and timeliness of the discussed issues of preparation of domestic personnel for the oil-and-gas branch.

Now JSC NC "KazMunayGas" is preparing for implementation a number of projects directed at training of personnel and development of human potential. The projects include a training center in Aktau, a corporate educational center in Aktau, a training-and-production centre in Taraz, a training-and-fitness center in Аtyrau, and also a regional educational center in Shymkent. Besides, the Ministry of Education and Science of the RK and JSC NC "KazMunayGas" have signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of vocational training and training of personnel for the oil-and-gas sector. Great attention in the Company is attached to creation of the Naukograd science park.

For further development of engineering-and-technical and administrative, in JSC NC "KazMunayGas" is implementing the program of formation of a personnel pool “Choice of the Team”. The purpose of this initiative is formation of a personnel reserve from the best specialists and managers working on the labour market in the Republic of Kazakhstan and those who will come to this market after graduation of the high school. It is expected that in the nearest future JSCNC "KazMunayGas" and JSC "Center for International Programs" will sign the corresponding memorandum on cooperation in passing of industrial practical and employment of scholarship holders of the international program of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Bolashak".
