OREANDA-NEWS. JSC “IDGC of the Center” issued an order, pursuant to which, the members of the committees on inspecting the readiness to operate during the 2007-2008 autumn and winter period have been appointed in all affiliated distribution grid companies (DGC).

The members on behalf of JSC “IDGC of the Center” are: S.Schumacher - Deputy General Director - Technical Director of JSC “IDGC of the Center”, D. Pankov - Deputy Technical Director - Head of the Grid Operation Management Department, O.Zuykova - Head of the Technical Inspection Department, S.Shpilevoy - Head of the Technical Control Authority of the Technical Inspection Department, S.Vasiliev - Head of the Audit Production Management Department.

Also the representatives from the Territorial Administration of the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Atomic Inspection (Rostekhnadzor), EMERCOM of RF, JSC “UES SO-CDA” affiliates have been appointed to the committees.

The committees must check the readiness of the production departments to operate during the 2007-2008 autumn and winter period in accordance with the requirements of the Regulations on estimating the readiness of electro- and heat supplying companies to operate during the autumn and winter period, approved by V. Khristenko, the Minister of RF Industry and Energy.

The Committees will check the accomplishment of the territorial programs on reliability assurance and power grid complex development, specialized trainings with operating staff on temporary power energy shut downs. The committees also have to inspect the measures taken to increase equipment reliability in the regional DGCs, including the flow control of reactive power and voltage level normalization during October of the current year.

During the inspection an unbiased evaluation of DGC readiness to operate during the 2007-2008 autumn and winter period will be given by issuing operability certificates.

The results on readiness of the JSC “IDGC of the Center” power grid complex to operate during the autumn and winter period will be summed by November 15, 2007.
