OREANDA-NEWS. On September 06, 2007 Nurbank JSC (Almaty, further - bank), securities of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "A" official list, had notified KASE that on October 11, 2007 at 11:00 takes place the prescheduled genera meeting of its shareholders with next agenda, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- about re-selection of members of Board of directors of the bank, determination of the amount and terms of reward payment to the members of Board of directors;

- confirmation of the bank's Charter in new edition.
