OREANDA-NEWS. On August 31, 2007 the Board of AB Mazeikiu Nafta approved the establishment of a subsidiary UAB Mazeikiu Nafta Health Care Centre of AB Mazeikiu Nafta, reported the press-centre of AB Mazeikiu Nafta.

The above subsidiary is supposed to be engaged in the health care activities. The authorized capital of the subsidiary will be 10 000 LTL. All the shares will be purchased by a single incorporator AB Mazeikiu Nafta by cash contributions.
