OREANDA-NEWS. On September 04, 2007 Kapital Bank began to pay out dividends on securities – common and preferred stocks and subordinated bonds, reported the press-centre of Kapital Bank.

Non-cash coupons are to be paid on the total of 2,500 subordinated bonds. The coupon rate equals the Central Bank's discount rate plus 2% - thus the total interest for this period is 16%. Dividends are to be paid in cash.

The securities were registered by the state as of 6 March this year.
