OREANDA-NEWS. On September 05, 2007 Alliance Bank JSC (Almaty, further - bank), securities of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "A" official list provided KSE with the copy of changes and additions to the prospect of bank's shares' issue, reported the press-centre of KASE. 

The named changes and additions were registered by Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for regulating and supervision over financial market and organizations (AFS) on August 21 2007 due to change of composition of bank's Board of directors.
