OREANDA-NEWS. September 5, 2007. The Human Resources Department of VSMPO – AVISMA Corporation is the winner of the third Russian Competition “Best Russian Human Resources Department 2007” which took place 28th August in Moscow.

The Company was given the award for the successful development and implementation of the efficient human resources management policy in the context of transition to the market economy and the prize in the category Societally Responsible Business Leader 2007. Sergey Savitskiy, Human Resources Director of VSMPO – AVISMA was awarded for his excellent work in this capacity.

For the third time the competition was arranged by the steering committee of the International Forum “World Experience and Russian Economy” accompanied by the experts of the committees of the Federation Council and the Federal Assembly of Russia, ministries, the Academy of Labor and Social Relations and the Plekhanov Russian Economic Academy. Various companies, organizations and institutions took part in the competition.
The Company once again demonstrated that its business was becoming increasingly successful thanks to the qualification and knowledge of its HR personnel.
The Human Resources Department of VSMPO – AVISMA was ranked number one in Russia for the third time.
