OREANDA-NEWS. September 5, 2007. PARTAD has registered a contract for comprehensive insurance of professional liability of a registrar-participant of an electronic document exchange system, concluded between the insurance company ROSNO and OJSC "Registrator R.O.S.T.".

IC ROSNO won the tender held by the registrar together with Insurance Broker Willis CIS Ltd.

The contract covers all of the registrar’s major risks, including the risk of fraud and the risk of electronic document exchange using an electronic digital signature in course of such operations as: keeping registers of registered security holders, holders of investment shares in the share investment funds, and creditors, as well as convening general meetings of shareholders, performing functions of a counting board and rendering services of a transfer agent for other registrars.

The contractual insurance amount is 50 mln. roubles.
