ROSNO Introduces New Agent Notification Channel
OREANDA-NEWS. September 5, 2007. The retail block of ROSNO’s Moscow Regional Directorate has introduced the practice of using SMS messages to inform salesmen and sales managers of current developments in the company.
Practical interaction with salesforce shows that the messages distributed by means of an Internet subscription or placed at the corporate website do not always timely get to each agent.
To ensure that all information directly affecting the sales managers’ performance (launch of new products, rate revisions, salesforce contests and trainings, etc.), the company has decided to use SMS messages.
From now on, all agents, notwithstanding their absence in the office, can learn about latest developments in ROSNO in the real-time mode. SMS messages are paid by the company. "Implementation of this project will enable us to be in permanent contact with our sales managers. The use of SMS messages system does not only solve the problem of direct agent notification, but also facilitates creation of a common information space between the salespeople and the management, thus maintaining participation and support for uniform corporate values from all team members", comments the launch of this new project Mr. Elnour Sulejmanov, director of the retail block of ROSNO’s Moscow Regional Directorate.
