OREANDA-NEWS. September 5, 2007. A record was made to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE) about the dissolution of JSC OGK-5 Holding. This moment marks the completion of the reorganisation of RAO UES of Russia by the spin-off of a legal entity (JSC OGK-5 Holding) and its concurrent consolidation to JSC OGK-5.

While commenting on this event, Anatoly Bushin, CEO of JSC OGK-5, noted as follows: “We have seen the completion of one of the key stages of the RAO UES reforming process, and a new era in our company begins. Now we are a private power company. This means high responsibility and new strict requirements to the activities of the management.
