On September 04, 2007 Bank TuranAlem JSC (Almaty), securities of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "A" official list infirmed KASE by the official letter about conduction of correspondence prescheduled meeting of shareholders of the bank with following agenda, reported the press-centre of  KASE:

- change of bank's name;

- confirmation of bank's charter in new edition.

According to the message November 20, 2007 was determined as date of voices calculating. List of shareholders, having the right for participating in the mentioned meeting was compiled as of August 29, 2007.
