On September 04, 2007 Ust-Kamenogorskiy reinforce plant JSC (Ust-Kamenogorsk), shares of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "B" official list provided KASE with the copy of notification of Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for regulating and supervision over financial market and organizations (AFS) about confirmation of report about offering results of company's shares dated August 7, 2007, reported the press-centre of  KASE.

Issue of shares of Ust-Kamenogorskiy reinforce plant JSC was registered by AFS on November 23, 2004 under number A3995 The issue is divided into 600,000 common shares KZ1C39950015 and 200,000 preferred shares KZ1P39950111.

According to notification of AFS as of February 15, 2007 shares of the given issue were offered and paid in full volume. Authorized capital was formed in size of KZT800,000,000.
