OREANDA-NEWS. September 04, 2007. Starting from September 05 of 2007 placement of ordinary registered stocks of “Azerigazbank” OJSC will be started on BSE. The volume of the issue is 2,000,000 AZN, face value per stock 2 AZN, reported the press-centre of Baku Stock Exchange.

According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held by means of the public subscription method at the Baku Stock Exchange. Azerigazbank” OJSC will be the underwriter of placement of stocks.
