On September 03, 2007 REMIKS-R JSC (Almaty), shares of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "B" official list provided KASE with the copy of notification of Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for regulating and supervision over financial market and organizations (AFS) about confirmation of report about offering results of company's shares dated August 14, 2007, reported the press-centre of KASE.

Issue of shares of REMIKS-R JSC was registered by AFS on September 16, 2004 under number A5174. The issue is divided into 1,000,000,000 common shares KZ1C51740013.

According to notification of AFS as of March 16, 2007 503,473,333 common shares were not offered. Authorized capital was formed in size of KZT496,526,667.
