OREANDA-NEWS. August 31, 2007. A trial run of the newsprint production line in Shklov is scheduled for November, Prime Minister of Belarus Sergei Sidorsky has told reporters after a visit to the Shklov Newsprint Factory, reported the Official website http://www.government.by.

“The trial run of the newsprint production line will be held in November, the first products will be made in December,” Sergei Sidorsky said.

Now together with construction works, a controlling system of the papermaking machine is being installed. In the near future European specialist will come to help Belarusian and Russian engineers.

The preparation of the boiler house launch is nearing completion. The facility will be powered by wood wastes of the factory’s sawmill. As for treatment facilities, their construction is somewhat behind the schedule but in the near future measures will be taken to finish the works in time.
