Two Customer Care Centers Opened in Voronezh Region
OREANDA-NEWS. On September 03, 2007 Customer Care Centers (CCC) of power companies, which present the unified offices for customers and allow them to solve problems on a One-Stop Principle, were opened in Liski and Kalach of Voronezh region. The offices of JSC “Voronezhenergo” and JSC “Enerfobalance-Voronezh” are located in the CCC, reported the press-centre of JSC “IDGC of the Center”.
Attending the opening ceremony were Alexander Marchenko, Director for Services of JSC “Voronezhenergo”, Oxana Ignatieva, Head of Liaising with Customers, and representatives from affiliates and Kalach and Liski municipal authorities.
Mr. Marchenko said, that liaising with customers and focusing on the customer are priority directions being CCC operation. “Now it customers from all over the region may solve all their problems, i.e. complain or make an offer,” – he said.
Alexander Marchenko said, that the citizens of Voronezh as well as the residents from the region will be able to solve problems concerning new connections to JSC “Voronezhenergo” grids, installation, sealing, maintenance of metering devices, and receive consultations. ‘Besides, the customers can inform about failures in the power supply and its quality.”- said Mr. Marchenko.
A part from that, Mr. Marchenko informed that the unified centralized service will receive applications for technological connections, installation of metering devices, information on theft, as well as, failure in power supply and its quality on a 24 hour basis and free of charge by calling the Russian unified free number 8-800-50-50-115.
Anatoly Bakulin, their Head of Kalach district and Yuri Voloshin, Deputy Head of Liski district expressed their appreciation to JSC “Voronezhenergo”. In their opinion, the opening of such centers will be the next step for the industry to increase the quality of its services.
As previously stated, the first CCC in Voronezh was opened July 6 this year. Presently, over 300 customers have addressed it. A third of the customers have applied for technological connections, while the rest have applied for consultations. The first grateful record on CCC services in the welcome book was entered on the third working day.
Oxana Ignatieva, Head of Liaising with Customers of JSC “Voronezhenergo” said that the good professional practices of Voronezh CCC will affect the work of the newly opened CCCs in the region.
The opening of the CCC is done in the framework of implementing the Customer Care Complex System, undertaken JSC “IDGC of the Center”. The Customer Care Complex System provides the establishment of customer care centers (CCC) in the regions aimed at servicing customer applications, setting up a multi-line telephone number through which the customers can make a free call from any part of the region, as well as, the installation of a distant customer care system – Internet, E-mail connections. At the moment, CCCs are operating in Belgorod, Kostroma, Bryansk, Orel, Lipetsk, Kursk and other regions. This year Customer Care Centers and Contact Centers will be established in all regions of the JSC “IDGC of the Center” service area.
