OREANDA-NEWS. August 31, 2007. minister of transport, communications and highways of the Samara region Boris Ardalin told that up to 50% of Volgotanker shares will be offered to Rosneft.

B. Ardalin noted that this decision was reconciled with the Volgotanker's interim receiver Alexander Volzhanin.

20% of the shares owned by the state will be offered to Rosneft, and the remaining part will be formed within the bankruptcy procedure of the enterprise.
