TransCreditBank Appointed New Member of Management Board
OREANDA-NEWS. On August 24, 2007 according to the Decision of the Board of Directors of JSC TransCreditBank Mr. Oleg Panarin, Vice President, Head of Structured and Finance Department, has been appointed Member of Management Board, reported the press-centre of TransCreditBank.
Mr. Oleg Panarin was born on January 2, 1962 in Moscow. In 1985 graduated from Moscow Finance Institute with diploma in International Economic Relations. From 1997 to 1999 worked at JSC “Mezhcombank”, last occupied position - Head of International Settlements Division. From 1999 to 2001 he worked at Russian Standard Bank, in a position of Senior Vice President, Director of Corporate Business Department. In November 2001 joined JSC TransCreditBank as a Director of Department, in June 2002 was appointed Vice President, Head of Structured and Trade Finance Department.
