OREANDA-NEWS. August 24, 2007. At the beginning of September this year, Prime Minister, Aigars Kalvitis will participate in the World Economic Forum in Dalian, the People’s Republic of China, reported the Official website http://www.mk.gov.lv.

The forum will be dedicated to the new initiative”New Champions” initiated at the World Economic Forum in Davos. The forum will focus on the role of the new generation of fast-emerging multinational companies in the world economics. Prime Minister, Aigars Kalvitis is invited to participate in the forum and share Latvia’s experience in rapid economic development and entrepreneurship development during last years.

The Prime Minister will take the floor in the working session ”Growth Hotspots – Focus on Europe” of the World Economic Forum that will focus on opportunities for entrepreneurship development in different regions of Europe – new and old member states of the European Union, the main success factors and sectors which significantly promote economic development.
