OREANDA-NEWS. August 28, 2007. Having increased more than UAH 4 billion or 58,2% since the beginning of the year Ukrsotsbank private clients’ loan portfolio made UAH 11,1 billion as of August 23, 2007, reported the press-centre of Ukrsotsbank.

Mortgage loans still make 70% of the volume; car loans make about 15%. Above 85% of the loans are being granted to private clients in foreign currency.

“We have created the system of branches work to increase growth rate of loans to private clients’. Retail portfolio grows considerably faster than the corporate one and It is normal situation”,- Ukrsotsbank Chairman, Borys Tymonkin convinced.
