OREANDA-NEWS. August 29, 2007. Not to be distributed (directly or not) in the USA, Australia, Canada or Japan. New branch will handle sales of the heat energy produced by TGC-9 on the territory of Permsky Kray.

Earlier on the territory of Permsky Kray the sales of the heat energy produced by TGC-9 were carried out by OJSC Permenergosbyt on the basis of agency contract. The establishment of Permteplosbyt TGC-9 branch will make it possible to increase the quality of work with the consumers and improve the cooperation of TGC-9 branches.

The major functions of Permteplosbyt will be conducting the sales of the heat energy on the territory of Permsky Kray from the heat sources of TGC-9, providing the timely payments by the consumers for the heat energy supplied as well as controlling the consumers meeting the contractual terms, admitting to operation and supervising the maintenance of the heat energy consumption meters.

While establishing Permteplosbyt the positive experience of the formation and operation of the analogue branch of TGC-9 in Yekaterinburg - Sverdlovteplosbyt was used.

To ease the cooperation with the customers TGC-9 is planning to organize the work with the clients on a “single window” basis. To get the heat (to connect the new load or to change the existing one) the consumer will have to apply to Permteplosyt that together with the involved divisions of TGC-9 on the territory of Perm and Permsky Kray will work out engineering operations necessary for connection. All the contracts on heat energy supply will also be concluded directly with Permteplosbyt.

Mikhail Valeryevich Gubasov is appointed as the director of Permteplosbyt TGC-9 branch. Earlier he worked as the head of the heat energy sales department of OJSC Permenergosbyt.
