OREANDA-NEWS. August 29, 2007. Changes were made in the JSC “IDGC of the Center” organizational structure.

The position of Director for Organizational Development incorporating the Process Center and Human Resources Department was introduced in order to further advance the company activities and achieve its goals.

Dmitry Aleshin was appointed Director for Organizational Development of JSC “IDGC of the Center”. Prior to this position he worked as Assistant General Director – Head of the Process Center and Project Department of JSC “IDGC of the Center”. Since 2006 till 2007 Mr. Aleshin held the post of Head of the Target Strategic Management Department of JSC “IDGC of the Center and North Caucasus”.
