OREANDA-NEWS. August 29, 2007. The third JSC “IDGC of the Center” Customer Care Center of JSC “Kurskenergo” was opened in Zheleznogorsk. The first two Customer Care Centers were opened in June in Kursk and in Lgov at the beginning of August.

Sergey Yastebov, a representative from the local authorities, Nina Plotnikova, a representative of Zheleznogorsk’s Mayor, Alexander Bateikin, General Director of JSC “Regional Sales Company”, Svetlana Levakova, Managing Director of “115” LLC,  representatives of public companies and esidents of the city participated in the CCC opening ceremony.  

The participants noted the convenient location of the Center in the city, mentioned its importance for the population, and the necessity to open CCCs in all the towns of  Kursk region.

Gennagy Demekhin, Director for Human Resource of JSC “Kurskenergo” said, that now the residents of Zheleznogorsk, the second biggest city of Kursk region, and of the nearest towns will be able to address all their problems on signing contracts on new connections to JSC  “Kurskenergo” grids,  installation, maintenance of metering devices to the CCC.  Here the customers can receive range of consultations from the  center’s specialists.

Zheleznogorsk power consumers can pay their bills in the CCC. Such an agreement was achieved between JSC “Kurskenergo” and “Regional Sales Company” LLL.

The opening of the Customer Care Center in Zheleznogorsk is part of implementing the Customer Care Complex System, which has been introduced in JSC “IDGC of the Center”. It provides direct customer services (CCC), at its offices located in different areas to receive applications from the public and set up a multi-channel free telephone number, as well as, establishing distant customer services such as the Internet, and E-mail connections.  At the moment, CCCs are operating in Belgorod, Kostroma, Voronezh, Bryansk, Orel, Lipetsk and other regions. This year  Customer Care Centers and Contact Centers will be established in all regions of JSC “IDGC of the Center” service area.
