OREANDA-NEWS. On August 27, 2007 Bank TuranAlem JSC (Almaty), shares and bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "A" official list, provided KASE with the press-release in which the following is said, reported the press-centre of  KASE:

On August 23, 2007 executive director of Bank TuranAlem JSC Yerbol Shaymakhanov and general director of Yuzhno-Kirgizskiy Cement CJSC Yan fisher signed the Agreement about provision by the Bank TuranAlem of guarantee for financing the project of building of Kyzyl-Kiyskiy cement plant in Kyzyl-Kiya city of Kirgiz Republic.

The given guarantee is provided by the credit, given to Yuzhno-Kirgizskiy Cement by Eximbank of China in size of $70 m.

Building of Kyzyl-Kiyskiy cement plant is the first Kirgiz project, approved in the frames of privileged credit of CPR's government to countries-participants of Shanghais organization of cooperation (SOC).

On the ceremony of singing sides announced that singing of the given agreement is the important stage in development of mutually beneficial economic cooperation between Kirgiz Republic and Republic of Kazakhstan.

Initial poverty of cement plant makes up to 930 th. tons of cement per year with further increase of production to 2 m. tons per year. The project was considered as priority for economy of Kirgizstan, because will let to provide the need in cement on the South of Kirgizstan (which makes up to 60% of plant's production) and export production (40%) to Central Asian countries.
