With the Ukrainian elections underway certain politicians are seeking to place pressure on Ukrainian business by spreading deliberately false and potentially damaging information. This spreading of false information is against the principles of democracy, undermines free speech in Ukraine and is not in line with European values.

SCM is ready to take necessary steps including legal action in Ukraine and other countries to protect its reputation and prevent the spread of false information regarding the Group or its enterprises.
