Natalia Izosimova Leaves SCM to Head New Project
OREANDA-NEWS. August 20, 2007. After two years as part of SCM’s management team Natalia Izosimova has left her position as the company’s Director of Corporate Restructuring, reported the press-centre of SCM, reported the press-centre of SCM.
During her work with the company Natalia made a significant contribution to the development and implementation of SCM’s corporate restructuring strategy. She initiated and led several major projects including those in the area of corporate social responsibility. Natalia also took an active part in development of the concept of SCM’s Corporate Foundation For Development of Ukraine and supervised its activities as the Chair of the Foundation Board.
“For two years the management team of SCM, which I was honoured to be a part of, has developed and to a major extent implemented a large-scale programme of corporate restructuring of the company. This programme was based on our commitment to create a world class Ukrainian company and introduce the best international business management practices”, said Natalia Izosimova commenting on her move. She also added: “There is still a lot to do, but the main changes have already taken place in the company. I am talking not so much of changes in the SCM management structure, but of the principles and approaches used by the company in all of its operations”.
On leaving her role at SCM, Natalia Izosimova will become the head of the Foundation for Effective Governance founded by Rinat Akhmetov.
