Starting from August 9, 2007 Ersain Zheksenovich Dyusemaliyev is appointed to the position of the Director General of the Regional Telecommunications Administration of Atyrauskaya oblast - JSC Kazakhtelecom’s branch - by the order of the Chairman of JSC Kazakhtelecom’s Board as of August 15, 2007, reported the press-centre of JSC Kazakhtelecom.

Ersain Dyusemaliyev was born in 1957. He graduated from the Almaty Institute of Railway Engineers with a degree in “Automatics, telemechanics and communication on railway transport”. In 1989 – 1991 he studied at the post-graduate courses in the Leningrad Institute of Railway Transport. He knows Kazakh, Russian and English.

He worked in the position of the Director of JSC Transtelecom’s Atyrau branch. In the Regional Telecommunications Administration of Atyrauskaya oblast in different times he was in the post of the Deputy Director General on economic and industrial issues, Deputy Director General – Administrative Director, Deputy Director General – Commercial Director. Before appointment to the abovementioned position he exercised the duties of the Director General of the Regional Telecommunications Administration of Atyrauskaya oblast.
