OREANDA-NEWS. August 20, 2007. On August 19th, 1995 at factory "Ecooil" the first ton of MTBE was produced, and this date is considered to be the birthday of the enterprise, reported the press-centre of Titan.

Today "Ecooil" is the enterprise included in the Group of companies "Titan", and is the largest manufacturer of high-octane component for automobile gasoline - MTBE; moreover, it produces butadiene - the basic raw component for manufacture of synthetic rubbers and gases for household consumption.

During the year 2006 172269,93 tons of MTBE were released that has made 111 % to a level of 2005. In April of the same year the millionth ton of MTBE was put out. And this year the enterprise continues to improve parameters of manufacture - in the second quarter the volume of release has exceeded a boundary of 20 thousand tons MTBE per month.

The Joint-Stock Company "Ecooil" consistently carries out the work to introduce new technologies, to improve quality and to increase the assortment of commodity output. Nowadays JSC "Ecooil" conducts a spade-work to switch from release of MTBE to ETBE.

Twelve years of successful work, numerous awards and prizes for quality of production - by the right it is also a merit of founders of the enterprise (that time it was not JSC "Group of companies "Titan", but Open Company "West Siberian Business Concern "Titan") and of its professional collective led by the permanent head - A.V.Kisyantsev.
