On August 24, 2007 ATFBank JSC (Almaty), shares and bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "A" official list had informed KASE by the official letter that bank had made the payment of fee to authorized capital of Daughter organization of ATFBank JSC - ATFInkasatsiya LLP, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the message stake of participation of bank in authorized capital of Daughter organization of ATFBank JSC - ATFInkasatsiya LLP is 100%.
