OREANDA-NEWS. On August 24, 2007 the RF Order of Friendship was awarded to Sergey Kogoghin, Director General of KAMAZ Inc, reported the press-centre of KAMAZ.

The “general” of KAMAZ made a major contribution to the Russian engineering industry and worked honestly for the benefit of the Russian economics for many years.

Sergey A. Kogoghin celebrating his 50th anniversary this year received different awards during his thirty-year employment history as a worker, an engineer and a director of the serious machine building enterprise, and then as a head of the district administration and a republican minister. Being an energetic and talented manager, an expert able to find original and effective decisions, a politic feeling the pulse and breath of the society and just a man, a citizen of his country, he showed his abilities and potential in different spheres of life. He is personally acquainted with the President of Russia and with leading businessmen, the Russian and foreign economists and politicians and with leading Russian Orthodox clerics. The last five years of work as Director General of KAMAZ Inc. were the most important in his life.
