OREANDA-NEWS. August 23, 2007.  State Administration of Rail Transport of Ukraine (Ukrzaliznytsya) received two alternate current electric freight locomotives of 2EC5K type on the financial leasing terms.

The locomotives were manufactured in Novocherkassk electric locomotive building plant (the RF), they have already been delivered to Odessa railroad.

According to the report, the locomotive park of the company will increase by 37 units in 2007.

In 2007 Ukrzaliznytsya will spend $1 bln for rolling stock purchasing on the financial leasing terms.
