OREANDA-NEWS. August 23, 2007. A meeting of the Board of Directors of CJSC TGC-9 was held on 16 August. At the meeting, the Board of Directors elected members of the Committees of the Board of Directors; among them are representatives of IES Holding. In particular, Mikhail Solobodin, IES-Holding President, and Andrey Abramov, IES-Holding Vice President for Strategy and Development, were elected to the Committee on Strategy, Development, Investments, and Reforming. M. Slobodin and A. Abramov were also elected to the Committee on Optimization of Management Systems, HR, and Remunerations. The Board of Directors elected Aleksey Glushchenko, IES-Holding Senior Vice President for Asset Management, to the Audit Committee. Sergey Drozhzhin, IES-Holding Senior Vice President for Economics and Finance, and Aleksey Zakrevsky, CJSC IES Financial Controller, were elected to the Committee on Budget and Finances. Evgeny Ilyin, Head of Department of Investment and Technology Policy of IES-Holding, became a member of the Committee on Reliability.

In addition, the Board of Directors of OJSC TGC-9 made changes to the organizational structure of OJSC TGC-9. New positions of Deputy General Director for Investment Projects Development and Deputy General Director for Operations on the Electric Energy and Fuel Markets are introduced. Igor Golubev, General Director of LLC IES-Energy Solutions, was appointed Deputy General Director for Investment Projects Development. Aleksey Arzhankin, General Director of LLC IES-Trading, was appointed Deputy General Director for Operations on the Electric Energy and Fuel Markets.
