OREANDA-NEWS. August 21, 2007. OAO ARMADA (MICEX, RTS: ARMD) has announced that the secondary trading in ordinary shares of Armada started on the RTS and MICEX Stock Exchanges today under the additional share issue, executed in the form of the initial public offering (IPO).

The notice of the results of the additional share issue has been submitted to the registration authority on August 15, 2007. Under the capital increase program, Armada issued a total of 2 million ordinary shares (state registration number 1-01-10670-A-001D dated June 26, 2007). ARMADA’s total number of shares after IPO reached 12 million. The newly issued shares of the company will be traded under the same ticker symbol as original shares.
