OREANDA-NEWS. August 20, 2007. At their special meeting the shareholders of Novorossisk Shipyard (NSRZ) are going to consider the loan of 175 mln rubles for 3 years from the Novorossisk Commercial Sea Port Fleet (Flot NMTP).

The probable interest rate will amount to 7-9% yearly.

The agenda of the special meeting on September 21, 2007 also includes the amendents in NSRZ Charter and the deal with the Metal Terminal for the sum of 841.2 mln rubles.

The Novorossisk Shipyard was founded in 1925. The Shipyard can dock vessels of 150 thousand tons displasement.
