OREANDA-NEWS. August 20, 2007. JSC “Orenburgneft” won the oblast-wide competition “2007 Economic Leader” in the nominations “Best Industry Enterprise” and “Best Taxpayer.”  A gala celebration in honor of the winners of the seventh annual oblast competition of economic actors and municipal formations was held in the Gorky Oblast Theater, organized by the Orenburg Oblast Government, Trade Union Federation, and the Orenburg Oblast Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. 

According to Oblast Governor Aleksey Chernyshev, about 700 enterprises and municipal formations took part in the competition this year, and 131 participated in the oblast stage.  This attests to the fact that more and more organizations and enterprises really impact the improvement of our oblast’s economic competitiveness.  Results were tallied per eleven nominations.  Orenburgneft was awarded certificates and commemorative plaques for winning the nominations “Best Industry Enterprise” and “Best Taxpayer.” 

Over 70 enterprises, organizations, and municipal formations of the Orenburg region received prizes and awards in the seventh annual “2007 Economic Leader” competition.
