OREANDA-NEWS. August 20, 2007.  The scheduled repair of the main and secondary equipment has been finished at OAO Vanady. The workers had 5 days to perform he whole work. Within the mentioned limited time the burning furnace #1 with the complex of technological equipment which is located in the wet-grinding section was maintained. Along with the burning surface maintenance the scheduled repair of the globe mill and vacuum disk filter was performed. In the hydrometallurgical section the workers restored the vanadium oxide fusil surface №1 and the filter press.

The clearance and overhaul were completed at the main and secondary equipment of the second surface as wellas at the chemical reactors of the sector. Similar works were implemented atthe gas cleaning ferrovanadium fusil surface and some other secondary equipment. The complex of the measures taken will allow to provide the stable work of the plant during the interrepair time.
