Number of Customer Correspondent Applications Increased
OREANDA-NEWS. August 17, 2007. According to the annual monitoring data, the number of correspondent applications increased in the Ist quarter of 2007. 67% out of 40357 applications, registered in the Ist quarter, were sent to the grid companies in correspondent form.
For example, in the second quarter of the current year the number of such applications increased by 19% in comparison with the first.
The correspondent form of service assumes the use of Internet, e-mail services, a single multi channel telephone number, and is the easiest and most available form for customers’ application.
At the moment, the Internet-CCC project is being implemented in all JSC “IDGC of Center” companies.
This is an additional communication channel between the customer and power company, which allows to unite the information resources, provide the customers with information and receive feedback from the customer, collect and systematize the answers, visualize the answers base structure.
The customer can check the personal account, apply for appointment in the Customer Care Center by choosing the day, apply for a technological connection in on-line regime or apply for metering devices check-up through Internet –CCC link. Soon it will be possible to pay for all services on the Internet-CCC portal.
