JSC IDGC of Center Opens First Customer Care Center in Kostroma
OREANDA-NEWS. August 16, 2007. The grand opening ceremony of the first Customer Care Center (CCC) was held on August 15, 2007 in Kostroma. The representatives from JSC “IDGC of Center”, local authorities, regional power companies, customers and journalists participated in the ceremony.
Evgeny Smirnov, Technical Director of JSC “Kostromaenergo” said, that the CCC founded with the support of the local authorities, is a new direction in the company’s activity, and is focused on the customer and on increasing the service quality.
Vadim Federov, Deputy General Director for Services of JSC “IDGC of Center” noted that the work of the new Center is designed to help the customer solve problems with minimum effort. Kostroma CCC is the eighteenth customer care center in the JSC “IDGC of Center” service area.
Ms.Pereverzeva, the Mayor of the City of Kostroma said in the opening speech: “All over the world focusing on the client in business is the main component in any company’s economic strategy and a serves as a sign of its company high reputation”.
Evgeny Smirnov presented Ms.Pereverzeva, the Mayor of Kostroma, and V.Krupina, the Director of MEU “Information Computing Center” for their assistance in the organization of the first customer center in Kostoma with thank-you letters.
68 visitors were registered in the first half of the day. The first customer was Mr.Kotlyar, a veteran of Kostroma power industry, who was presented with a gift.
The Customer Care Center is a concept based on the one stop principle. The representative offices of JSC ‘Kostromaenergo”, MUE of Kostroma “Information Computing Center”, JSC ‘Energobalance’ Kostroma affiliate are located in the same building. Here the customer can apply for new technological connections, receive a certificate on one’s personal account and receive information on tariffs. It is also possible to pay housing and public utility bills, receive consultations on power supply and the calculation of remuneration with regard to benefits.
In the future it is planned to open Customer Care Centers in big district towns, such as, Shariya, Neya and Galich. JSC ‘Kostromaenergo” welcomes other companies, which render services in the region, as business partners.
