JSC IDGC of Center Appoints New Deputy General Director
OREANDA-NEWS. August 16, 2007. Vadim Fedorov graduated from Novocherkassk State Technical University with a degree in power system automatic control and Chernyshevsky Saratov State University with a degree in business management.
He began his professional career as a maintenance electrician of JSC Astrakhanenergo, then – RPAES engineer (Relay Protection and Automatic Equipment Service) of JSC Astrakhanenergo. In 1998 he was appointed Head of the Electrotechnical Service of JSC Astrakhanenergo. Then he became Deputy Chief Engineer of Aksagaisk Power Grids Affiliate of JSC Astrakhanenergo, Deputy Chief Engineer of Astrakhan Power Grids, Deputy General Director of Power Transmission of JSC Astrakhanenergo.
In 2005 he was the Head of R&D Department of JSC IDGC of the Center and North Caucasus, then moved on to the Head of Department on Liaising with Power Industry Market Entities. In 2005 he was awarded OAO RAO UERS Certificate of Merit.
