OREANDA-NEWS. August 15, 2007. During the 7 months of 2007 the container turnover of Novoroslesexport JSC increased by 50.4% and totaled 48 358 TEU.

In comparison with the last year’s similar period the export handling of loaded containers at the terminal decreased by 19.8% to 4 814 TEU. Export handling of empty containers increased by 57.6% up to 18 890 TEU. On the whole export container handling by NLE increased over the last year’s similar period by 37.8% up to 23 704 TEU.

Import container handling by Novoroslesexport totaled 24 654 TEU, and that is a 1.7 times plus over January-July 2006.

Import handling of loaded containers increased by 71.9% up to 24 255 TEU and empty container handling increased by 7.5 times up to 399 TEU.
