OREANDA-NEWS. August 15, 2007. The management of CJSC “FB MIBCE” made a decision on transfer of ordinary non-documentary stocks of JSC “Aeroflot” (state registration number 1-01-00010-А of 23.01.2004) from the Quotation list of JSC “FB MIBCE” “A” of the second level to the Quotation list of JSC “FB MIBCE” “A” of the first level.
Aeroflot became the eleventh Russian public company whose stocks were included in the Quotation list “A” of the first level of CJSC “FB MIBCE”.

According to Kirill Budayev, Deputy General Director for Strategic and Corporate Development of JSC “Aeroflot”, such decision will allow the company enhancing investment attraction and additionally extend the base of investors at the expense of Nongovernmental pension funds, companies managing the funds of the Pension fund of the Russian Federation, insurance companies as well as other large institutional investors authorized to operate only with reliable securities included in the Quotation list “A1” of stock exchanges.
