OREANDA-NEWS. August 15, 2007. The control assembly of the first outrigger frame structure for the Federation Business Complex was held at Energomash plant in Belgorod, Russia. Top managers and experts of Mirax, executives and experts of CSCEC, management of Energomash and Stroystal, a representative of Turner International LLC, and the Israeli company GB Shoef Limited specialists attended the event.

The outrigger design is unique not only for Russia, but also for the rest of the world. The work began one and a half month ago and will be finished in a month.

On August 23, experts will start assembling the framework directly on tower East of the Business Complex Federation. All the elements of the framework having the size of a five-storey house will be mounted on the skyscraper, at the height of 120 meters (32-36 floors). In total, there will be four outrigger floors at levels 32-36, 46-50, 60-64 and 89-93 on tower East.

"Such elements happen to serve in a skyscraper as stiffener rings that hold the shape of the building", - says the MIRAX GROUP expert on steel structures Leonid Gonitel.

Independent experts of GB Shoef Limited confirmed the faultless quality of the first assembly and its conformity to Russian codes as well as to foreign standard specifications.
