OREANDA-NEWS. On August 10, 2007 Lebedyansky JSC reported on the increase of its share in "Progress" JSC, a juice producer situated in Lipetsk region, from 75% to 100%. Earlier the 25% share holding belonged to the Administration of Lipetsk region, reported the press-centre of Lebedyansky JSC

"Progress" JSC was founded in 1989 as the joint Soviet-Swedish-Brazilian enterprise on processing fruit and vegetables and production of juices, as well as juice concentrates and pure. Lebedyansky bought 49% of enterprise shares in 2001, and by 2003 increased its stockholding up to 75%.

Due to the participation of Lebedyansky JSC in the management of the enterprise nowadays "Progress" JSC is a dynamically growing company, and its juices "Privet" show impressive dynamics of growth: in comparison with 2005, in 2006 sales of juices "Privet" increased up to 76 % in money terms. In 2005 using the "Progress" facilities Lebedyansky started to produce drinking and mineral water "Lipetsky Buvet". This project is successfully developing, and to date "Lipetsky Buvet" occupied 1,5% of the drinking water market in Russia.
