OREANDA-NEWS. On August 14, 2007 DB Sberbank JSC (Almaty), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "A" official list, had informed KASE by the official letter that on September 19, 2007 at 10:00 takes place the prescheduled general meeting of shareholders, the only question of agenda of which is confirmation of internal regulative documents, changes and additions to the charter of the bank, reported the press-centre of KASE.

Meeting takes place by the address: 30/26 Gogolya/Koldoyakova str., Almaty. Registration of participants will be held since 09:30.

List of shareholders having the right for participation in the pointed meeting will be compiled as of September 7, 2007.

Materials concerning the agenda of future meeting will be available at place of location of bank's Board, or sent by post by query of shareholder to the address of bank's Board.

In case of quorum absence the repeated meeting of shareholders will be held on September 26, 2007 at the same time and place.
