OREANDA-NEWS. On August 13, 2007 Director General of KAMAZ Inc. Sergey Kogoghin received two awards and a commemorative medal for a major contribution to society consolidation for the sake of development and prosperity of the Russian Federation, reported the press-centre of KAMAZ.

The editorial staff of the encyclopedia “The Best People of Russia” and Socio-Advisory Council (SAC) under this edition nominated this person for an award. This decision was made according to the results of work of KAMAZ Inc. in 2006. Sergey Kogoghin was awarded the prizes in the nominations “The Leaders of the Russian Economics” and “The Persona”.

The commemorative medal “The Best People of Russia” is awarded to the Russians for achievements in state, production, research, social and cultural, public and charity activities. They should make a valuable contribution to development of the Russian economic and scientific potential and favour the country’s prosperity, grandeur and fame. This is the highest public award of the Russian Federation.
