According to the Russian rating agency RosBusinessConsulting (RBC), URSA Bank ranks 4th by the number and 5th by the amount of mortgage loans issued.  As at July 1, 2007, URSA Bank issued mortgage loans for the total amount of RUR 8.666 billion, which is ten-fold as compared to the same date in 2006.

URSA Bank is also a top car lender, ranking 5th by the number and 8th by the volume of the loans issued.
