OREANDA-NEWS. August 9, 2007. In August 2007 MICEX stock exchange upgraded the listing of Vozrozhdenie’s ordinary shares to the “A” list, second level (A2). MICEX also added Vozrozhdenie bonds to their official quatation list  “A”, first level (A1). The bond listing agreement was concluded on August 3, 2007.

The Russian Trading System (RTS) added Vozrozhdenie ordinary shares to their A2 quotation list on July 27, 2007

Vozrozhdenie’s ordinary shares have a nominal value of RUB 10 each (state registration number 10101439В).  The Bank’s bonds are interest-bearing non-convertible secured documentary bonds of series 1, payable to bearer with obligatory centralized depository, and mature March 3, 2010 without option of early redemption (state registration number 40101439В).
