OREANDA-NEWS. On August 01, 2007 there was signed an Agreement on working relationships between JSC “Sverdlovenergo” and LLC “UGMK-Holding”, reported the press-centre of JSC “Sverdlovenergo”.

Ceremony meant to provide development and power supply reliability of enterprises which are under the influence UGMK-Holding, was participated by Mikhail Dralin - director general of JSC “Sverdlovenergo”, and Andrei Kozitsin, the head of LLC “UGMK-Holding”.

In the course of working meeting participants of the agreement discussed rules of cooperation in realization of joint projects. Under the reached agreement Sverdlovenergo will be dealing with problems of technologic attachment of electric power installations at the enterprises, provide power supply reliability of the present enterprises entering the holding, take part in reconstruction and technical upgrading of electrical energy industry items as well as in creation of new items.

“Present time we have to deal with power supply issues not only in Sverdlovsk region but also at different enterprises which are on its territory.

Having signed the Agreement power engineers and business organizations of the region enter new level of work coordination. We agree on how we are going to plan development of industrial production, choose points of power supply and volumes of work. I am sure that consolidation of efforts let us find mutually profitable decisions” – M. Dralin, director general of JSC “Sverdlovenergo” made his comments on execution of the document.

Let’s remind that a year ago large joint project of JSC “Sverdlovenergo” and LLC “UGMK-Holding” was implemented – there was built switching substation 220 kW “Sosva”. With the help of this switching substation, power engineers guaranteed execution of set-up and start-up activities for connecting of new equipment at JSC “Metallurgical plant by A.K. Serov” and preparation to the beginning of heat of metal process.
