Uniastrum Bank Expands its Network
OREANDA-NEWS. Uniastrum bank expanded its network to 230 points of presence in 45 Russian regions as of 1st of August 1st. Uniastrum regional network development campaign was launched in 2001, when the first office in Ivanovo was opened. The first half of 2007 was marked by the openings of new branches in Tver, Kirov, Vladimir, Ryazan, Lipetsk, Barnaul, Magadan, Bryansk and 24 additional offices in St. Petersburg, Chelyabinsk, Rybinsk, Volgograd, Taganrog, Anapa, Orel, Kazan, Tyumen and some other cities. Regional presence of the Bank will be further expanded during 2007.
The openings are expected in Astrakhan, Vladivostok, Penza, Khabarovsk, Tambov, Syktyvkar, Blagoveshchensk, Kostroma, Kemerovo and Ulan-Ude. The bank will cover 50 key Russian financial centers by the end of 2007. Uniastrum regional loans portfolio grew 1.5 times to 13.8 billion roubles; 9.9 billion roubles were granted to individuals, showing 2.2 times growth compared to the 1st half of 2006. The amount of deposits opened in Uniastrum regional outlets doubled to 10.7 billion roubles including 8.9 billion roubles of individual deposits.
