OREANDA-NEWS. During this time KIP passed two development stages of three planned ones. By the end of 2004 KAMAZ Inc. and the Republic of Tatarstan formed the share capital of KIP “Master” of 300 million roubles. In 2006 there was held an extra share emission, reported the press-centre of KAMAZ.

As a result, the rate of the authorized capital stock grew up to 480 million roubles, production and administrative areas doubled (they grew up to 107 thousand m2 and 31 thousand m2, respectively).

KAMAZ Inc. recognized the tenants of KIP “Master” privileged partners who have got a range of preferences: for instance, the company guarantees to order the tenants’ production, provide them with design documentation and half-finished KAMAZ products, render services of commodity distribution network.

Since the second quarter of 2006 KIP “Master” PLC has got a beneficial financial result of the principal activity of the enterprise. In 2007 there were implemented repair-and-renewal operations in new areas. On the territory of KIP “Master” 113 enterprises work in different spheres - from machine building to service industries, including 20 enterprises from other cities. 52 enterprises on the territory of KIP “Master” produce automotive components. The headcount of staff in the enterprises of KIP “Master” is 1732 people, the total turnover is over 1,5 billion roubles. The market value of the holding of shares of KIP “Master” reached 913 million roubles.

It’s planned to implement the third turn of KIP “Master” PLC raising funds from the federal budget. It is planned to double areas, create the transport-logistics center of 14 thousand pallet places with cargo-handling automotive and railway ramps, open customs station, provide the tenants with a wide range of services, etc.
